Annie is a Family Mediator with a professional background in healthcare and welfare, bringing a strong understanding of the human and emotional dimensions of family conflict. Her experience gives her insight into people, relationships and the challenges that arise during significant life changes.

Based in Hove and working across Sussex, she works both face to face and online, supporting clients to manage their separation as constructively as possible. Annie’s focus is on ensuring that the needs of each person — and the wider family — are understood and addressed. Children’s needs come first, and her approach helps parents keep communication child centred and future focused.

As an impartial mediator, Annie supports both clients equally, helping them work together rather than taking sides. Mediation keeps control in the hands of clients, and Annie encourages families to resolve disputes through effective communication, cooperation and collaborative problem‑solving, ensuring that outcomes are shaped by the clients rather than imposed by a court.

Annie mediates on separation, divorce, finances and arrangements for children, and works alongside legal, financial and therapeutic professionals when integrated support is helpful.

Annie is a trained and Family Mediation Council Registered Family Mediator, and a member of the Family Mediation Association and Resolution.
