Chris is a solicitor and Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Chris is a member of Resolution and adopts a constructive, non-confrontational and solution focused approach. He was attracted to the collaborative way of working as a way of allowing the parties to express their voice and have greater control in resolving their disputes in a supported environment.
Chris advises upon all aspects of relationship breakdown with a particular interest in assisting clients resolve their financial disputes.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his young family, walking his Labrador and karate.
I was really pleased to discover that there was an alternative to the traditional essentially adversarial process around divorce. For me the collaborative approach resonated strongly with my personal values of trying wherever possible to achieve a win – win; or at the least reducing the harm to either party.
