Lisa is a member of Resolution and in accordance with its principles she is committed to working in a constructive and non-confrontational way. This led to her desire to become collaboratively trained. Her aim is always to find positive solutions and outcomes for her clients and their children. Lisa always takes a sensitive approach and has a clear understanding of the emotional difficulties involved in separation for everyone involved. She has a very approachable and reassuring manner.
Lisa specialises in collaborative law, divorce, civil partnership dissolution and other relationship breakdowns. She also advises on Pre-Nuptial, Pre-Civil Partnership and Cohabitation/Living Together Agreements. She has a particular interest in complex financial matters and spousal maintenance variation.
